With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry and a track record of executive roles in publicly traded companies, he adds valuable strategic and financial expertise to Qlife.

Jacob Glenting

Jacob is a pharmaceutical commercialization expert with extensive experience in R&D, M&A, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. He is currently a member of ALK Abelló's executive leadership team, where he leads the “Global Strategy and Corporate Development”, bringing valuable strategic and business development expertise to Qlife.

Jørgen Drejer
Board member since 2025
Jørgen sas dedicated his entire career to the pharmaceutical industry, founding or co-founding several biotech companies including Saniona AB and NeuroSearch A/S, where he also served as Chief Scientific Officer. With extensive board experience and business network, he is bringing deep scientific and strategic expertise to Qlife.

Lars Staal Wegner
Board member since 2023
Lars Staal Wegner is a physician with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Lars has previously served as CEO of Evaxion Biotech, an AI biotechnology company listed on the American Nasdaq. Lars has built several companies in the biotechnology and technology industries and is active on multiple boards. He is currently a founding partner at the venture fund, Bristlecone Pacific Ventures, which invests in the preventive health ecosystem.

Mikael Persson
Board member since 2021
Mikael Persson has eight years of global experience in the medtech industry in senior positions within Supply Chain and product development, and is currently the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Stokke. Mikael has participated in and led several major product developments in collaboration with third parties globally and has previous experience in various positions at Alfa Laval, including as VP Operations - Operations Development Manager, Supply Chain Director for Cardo Flow Solutions and Flûgger A/S, VP Supply Chain ArjoHuntleigh AB, and COO Manufacturing Capital Equipment for Getinge. Mikael holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Lund University.
